What to eat?

Just a “heads up” for my first posting. There is an excellent article in the New York Times Sunday Magazine this week (28 jANUARY 2007). The author is Michael Pollen and the article is titled “the Age of Nutritionism: How Scientists Have Ruined the Way We Eat.” We will come back to Michael Pollen when we get into obesity issues; he is the author of “The Omnivore’s Dilemma,” a wonderful slow-reading book about food. Anyway, this NYT article is a good appetizer for the full meal!
